I am Nehemiah Jefferson and I am a polymath. A polymath is “a person of wide-ranging knowledge or learning.” Here is your opportunity to “tap in” to my financial knowledge.
I started “Ask Me The Attorney” and this platform in an effort to help three million people make sound financial and business decisions that will impact positively on outcomes. I want you to change your thought process and decision making when it comes to money. For example, you might have been programmed that you should “buy a house” but have you been programmed to “own” a home free and clear without a mortgage.
In my almost 40 years of business experience, I have become so disheartened after seeing hard working people get taken advantage of. It amazes me how millions of people will listen to just about anyone on social media about finances and those individuals have no experience, education, or ethics. I believe that people are misled and ultimately destroyed for lack of knowledge. Let me help. I am passionate about finances.

Nehemiah Jefferson, Esq., LL.M., has more than 35 years of proven business experience.
Nehemiah’s career in business started in sales after graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management. Later, Nehemiah used his transferable skillset while working in banking and financial services.
Eventually, Nehemiah returned to school and graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. Later, Nehemiah obtained a second law degree (Master of Laws – LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Alabama in 2018.
Prior to practicing law, Nehemiah worked for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms in a supervisory role managing tax matters for high-net-worth individuals. In 2019, Nehemiah started a logistics business which employed more than 100 people and generated multiple millions in revenue.
Currently, Nehemiah is Managing Principal Attorney of America’s Tax Attorney LLC, a tax and estate planning law firm, with clients nationwide and offices in Tampa and Orlando, Florida. Nehemiah also owns two other companies.
Nehemiah is licensed to practice law in Florida, Texas, and D.C. and currently holds both insurance and real estate licenses. Previously, he was licensed with investments. Indeed, through his experiences, Nehemiah is familiar with all aspects of financial matters.
